He is currently the Founder and CMO at Indusface - Total Application Security, where he is responsible for marketing, inside sales, and tech services. Venky's expertise lies in creating, building, and growing technology businesses. He has a proven track record of developing growth-oriented strategies and driving revenue growth. He has experience in various domains, including engineering, business development, sales, and security products such as multi-factor authentication, data encryption, single sign-on, secure messaging, and fraud detection. Before founding Indusface, Venky worked as the Sales Head- AsiaPac at Entrust, where he was responsible for sales and business development in Asia covering 20+ countries in the region. He built a growth-oriented strategy for the region and drove revenue growth while improving services delivery and partner capability. He also directed complex contract negotiation and proposal preparation and built the account base footprint in the region. Venky started his career as a Software Engineer at Cognos, where he was responsible for designing and developing modules of Cognos Impromptu reporting product. Venky holds an MBA from Queen's University and a BCS in Computer Science from Fergusson College. He is a lifelong learner and constantly updates his knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.
